Rygg presented add wellflow’s experience from a series of blowouts world-wide and discussed possible causes and prevention. The presentation did also include a discussion on how contingency planning can be used as an active tool in risk reduction during well planning. The workshop were attended by 250 high level management representatives in StatoilHydro.
