add energy provides operational support and training activities in connection with projects, preparations, commissioning and operation. We are a leading company in operation of process training simulators, and give valuable contributions within course development, training technical personnel and verification and testing of operating procedures.

An important part of our services in Operations is to identify the need for, develop and implement specially tailored technical courses. We have been accredited by OLF (The Norwegian Oil Industry Association) to arrange courses in emergency response and crisis management and also lead and arrange courses in: Basic emergency response management and repetition, verification of emergency organizations and planning and implementation of exercises.

add energy can be in charge of development, implementation and maintenance of technical documentation. We assume responsibility for implementation of entire documentation projects in connection with new building and change projects offshore. In this way, commissioning and installation procedures, operating procedures and system descriptions are documented in a safe and cost-effective way.
