Reporting of Emissions and Discharges
Annually, oil companies with operator status on the Norwegian Shelf have to submit field specific reports to the Norwegian State Pollution Control Authorities (SFT), listing key data for their waste generation, emissions and discharges.
The report is also submitted to the Norwegian Oil Industry Association (OLF), which annually prepares an overall emissions and discharges report for all the fields on the Norwegian Shelf.
add energy has gained broad experience in this subject, partly related to the fact that we have prepared this annual industry report on behalf of OLF since the early 90s. Through this work, add energy has access to the most extensive data base available, with waste, emissions and discharge data for the Norwegian offshore petroleum business.
add energy has also assisted the operators directly with their annual reporting for several fields. Furthermore, add energy has contributed actively in the preparation of OLF's joint industry reporting guidelines.
