Stig H. Christiansen (1968) - Chief Executive Officer
Stig H. Christiansen holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Birmingham, England, and an MBA in International Business Economics from Aalborg University.
Prior to joining add energy group, Stig H. Christiansen held the position as Senior Vice President Finance in StatoilHydro ASA since the company was created on October 1st 2007. Before that he was Senior Vice President Finance in Statoil ASA since March 2005.
In his previous career Stig H. Christiansen spent about 10 years in oil service in respectively Aker a.s., Transocean ASA and Prosafe ASA, the last 5 years as Executive Vice President & CFO in Prosafe ASA.
He was awarded the Finance Director of the year in Norway in 2002.
Harald Justnæs (1963) - Chief Financial Officer
Harald Justnæs joined the add energy group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in March 2009.
He holds a Bachelor with Honours degree in Business Administration from the Oslo Business School (Oslo Handelshøyskole/ Handelsakademiet) and has attended a Master of Management program at the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
Prior to joining add energy group Harald Justnæs held the position as Group Chief Accountant (Vice President) of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank.
Harald Justnæs has also been CFO of Figgjo AS, a Norwegian porcelain manufacturer, Group Chief Accountant (Vice President) of Gjensidige Forsikring and CFO of Gjensidige Marine & Energy Insurance AS, a marine and energy insurance subsidiary of Gjensidige Forsikring.
In total, Harald Justnæs has more than 17 years of accounting and finance experience.
Kjell Terje Roverud (1967) - Senior Vice President
Kjell Terje Roverud has been Managing Director of add upstream as since 2004. As from january 2009 he became part of the add energy management team in add energy group as.
He has more than 20 years of experience within operation and management in the rig and oil industry. He has previous experience as Director of Marketing & Sales and Department Manager and has been responsible for business development, integration and operation. He has been actively involved in starting new businesses and integrating acquired companies. Kjell Terje Roverud finished his Business and Administration studies in 1989.
Terje Løkke-Sørensen (1959) - Senior Vice President
Terje Løkke-Sørensen has long and diverse experience in planning and operational support in offshore drilling, completion, wireline and workover activities, including HPHT, horizontal, exploration and production wells, from mobile and fixed installations, as well asoperations in environmentally sensitive areas. He founded Vestdrill in 1992, and until recently has provided his services to a wide range of operators and service companies, in Norway and internationally.
Through participation in the development of the Norwegian petroleum regulations and NORSOK standards relating to drilling and well activities and management systems, Terje has acquired in-depth knowledge which is extremely useful in setting up operational drilling organizations for new operators in Norway and in managing projects that require multi-skilled personnel. He has authored Well Control and Well Integrity Manuals for various operators and has given extensive training in use of the principles therein.
Terje holds an M.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.
Geir Husdal (1945) - Senior Vice President Energy & Environment
Geir Husdal co-founded add novatech as in 1986 and has developed the company into a leading provider of consultancy services and management support tools within emission and discharge control in the offshore oil and gas industry. From 1972 to 1976, he worked with Kvaerner Engineering as a process engineer and project manager on several detailed engineering projects for oil and gas installations. From 1976 to 1986 he was the technical manager for Kvaerner Engineering’s Stavanger office, developing the office from scratch to a well recognized multidiscipline engineering, office with more than 150 engineers and designers. Geir Husdal holds an M.Sc. in chemical engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Ole B. Rygg (1960) - Senior Vice President
Ole B. Rygg co-founded add wellflow as in 1991 and has built the company into being one of the most respected specialist companies within well control and dynamic simulations. He has a Master’s Degree in fluid mechanics and a PhD from the mathematical department at the University of Oslo.
Since 1988, he has been involved in research, development and application of multiphase flow modeling and has had a key role in development of the state-of- the art multi-phase pipeline code OLGA. As part of this research initiative, he has also developed the first fully transient multiphase simulator for well bore flow.
His technical competence includes all aspects of pipeline flow assurance, transient well applications and well control. Ole has presented numerous papers on fluid mechanics, multi-phase flow and blowout control engineering at international conferences and in respected journals. Through his work for add wellflow, he has on-site experience from a number of large blowout projects world-wide, acting as an advisor to several oil companies.
Dermot O'Keeffe (1962) - Senior Vice President
Dermot has 25 years drilling and completion experience gained internationally with several large operators. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Geology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London, and an MBA from the AGSM in Sydney.
After completing his post-graduate studies, Dermot joined BP and worked offshore on the UKCS, and onshore in the Netherlands. He was then employed by Sun International E&P, and worked in technical positions offshore in the UK North Sea, Malaysia, and onshore in Gabon. Following this, Dermot joined Shell and worked in Diyarbakir, south-east Turkey. He then moved to Australia with his family, and worked for several operators in a variety of office-based senior technical and offshore supervisory positions. In 1996, he joined Premier Oil Plc in London as Global Drilling Manager, and was responsible for well engineering operations in 8 countries. In 1999, Dermot returned to Australia and started IPS in Perth. He is currently the Managing Director and a principal consultant of the company, and continues to work in consulting, general management and business development roles.
David Watson (1950) - Senior Vice President
Dave is an Engineer with over 25 years experience in the Petrochemical industry, Dave started add latent ltd in 2004 after experience with another consultancy firm. A well-known face both onshore and offshore, he has wide ranging experience of maintenance/production and project management. Having held positions from Engineer to Maintenance Manager in his career, Dave is a natural leader and motivator with an uncanny ability to drive projects forward. His knowledge of current maintenance philosophies, risk-based re-certification, legislative requirements and application of condition monitoring strategies along with his practical hands on approach provides solid grounding for the add latent Products and Service Portfolio. With a sound commercial and financial awareness Dave strives to deliver every project within the given time and budgetary constraints without any compromise in technical integrity or quality.
Davide Bruno (1974) – Senior Vice President
Davide co-founded add lucid in 2004 and holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) and a Ph.D in Geomechnics both from the University of Western Australia. Davide’s specialist competencies are in all facets of Petroleum Engineering where he started his technical career with Woodside Energy Limited in Australia. He later broadened his experience by consulting to a wide range of Oil & Gas Operators in and around Australia covering platform and subsea, high rate gas-condensate fields, artificially lifted oil fields, onshore tight gas and coal seam gas fields. His technical competencies include all areas of wellbore hydraulic modelling from reservoir to wellhead, artificial lift design, production system modelling, optimisation and forecasting and sand failure analysis. More recently, Davide has focussed more on working within the add lucid business, growing the consulting business to be one of the largest, specialist provider of independent Oil & Gas consultants to the Australian market.
Kristin Keiserås Bakkane (1968) - Group HSEQ Manager
Kristin Keiserås Bakkane was appointed Group HSEQ Manager August 2010. Her background is from add novatech where she started as an environmental consultant in 1993. Since then she has been specializing in environmental management, auditing and reporting, in emissions to air with related mitigation technologies and quantification methodologies, and in the compilation, interpretation and analysis of data in general. Over several years she has been project manager for some of add novatech's largest running consultancy projects, and deputy to add novatech's managing director. By education Kristin holds an M.Sc. degree in Thermal Energy and Hydro Power Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.
