Environmental Guidelines
add energy has regularly assisted the industry with preparation of guidelines for reporting discharges to sea and emissions to air.
The work has included:
- guidelines for the companies' annual reporting of emissions and discharges to the authorities
- forecasting guidelines in connection with the operating companies' obligation to report annual emission forecasts as input to the Norwegian Revised National Budget
In co-operation with SINTEF Marintek, we have also prepared new procedures for quantification and reporting of methane and NMVOC emissions from offshore storage and loading of crude oil. This took place in accordance with KLIF's requirements regarding these emissions, introduced in 2000.
The latter procedures were published by Marintek.
