Academy delivers courses on a weekly basis and is expanding the course matrix with new and important courses. add upstream/Academy is PSK and OLF-approved for delivery of ERM courses and services and follow the guidelines given by authorities and companies in all courses provided.

In Academy we focus on the expertise, tools and methods to find new and better learning solutions, and our instructors have wide experience within their professions.

Our courses can be run in Norwegian and English and will be adapted to the participating companies, by using their own procedures, routines and plans if requested. Through this process we will provide a better learning tool and a better goal achievement for the participants.

For all the process related courses we intend to use company specific or our own generic simulator.

Our newest course is the three day Process Safety Course which we conduct in Haugesund with two courses every week from 1st of September 2010 and follows OLF guideline 121.

Academy develops on demand courses within all fields of the energy sector with use of internal senior competence and runs the courses at our own premises and/or at customer’s own site (customers facilities, hotels, conference rooms).

Academy has also long experience within course administration and can either fully run the clients course administration or support it when needed.
